Prepare the Furniture
Carefully disassemble the item if necessary and pack it securely in its original packaging with all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts included.
Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box or contact our team to coordinate a professional freight pickup for oversized furniture pieces.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm its original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
